Stonebriar SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the optional Stonebriar SMS Gate Access program.

Program description

Enrolled residents may text their assigned four-digit gate access code from their registered mobile number to the designated Stonebriar SMS number. The system may activate the entrance gate and send transactional responses related to the request.

Voluntary participation

Enrollment is optional and requires an affirmative request from the resident. SMS consent is not required as a condition of residency or access to other community services. See the SMS Opt-In Process.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on use. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of SMS delivery may depend on carrier and network conditions.
