Stonebriar may collect a resident's mobile phone number, enrollment request, assigned gate access information, and records necessary to operate and support the SMS gate access service.

How information is used

Mobile information is used to provide and support transactional gate access messaging requested by enrolled residents.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Messaging disclosures

Message frequency varies based on your use of the gate access service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent and choice

Participation is voluntary. See the Stonebriar SMS Opt-In Process for how residents affirmatively enroll.
